Carly of 1smallspace is a Toronto-based interior decorator who knows how to work with small spaces. With more and more condos being built with less than 500 square feet, maximizing the real estate with smart storage solutions is key. Carly uses simple ideas to get creative in order to make the most of a space.
Carly turned this little corner into an organized space that connects the entryway to the rest of her home. This area could’ve easily been overlooked as just part of the hallway but with a little creativity, it’s functional and maximizes the limited space available.

One of the standouts of this renovated home was the bold flooring. The contrast between the floors and the rest of the house’s clean design worked well together.
