I photographed the Spring/Summer 2018 line of robes and printed shirts for my friends at friends over at By Catalfo. The theme was appropriately named Electric Tropics to celebrate the end of winter (soon!) and kick off the spring season.
Ashley, the floral designer and creative mind behind Flowerly, had an idea to center her own bridal shower around the theme of lemons and limoncello. The cheerful yellow reflected the bright and celebratory energy that day. With the help of a great team, everything came together.
Take a look at all the details, especially the huge backdrop made from real lemons and be sure to check out the team after the gallery who made this possible.
The bridal shower took place at the beautiful Colette Grand Cafe.
The gold foil stationery was designed by Nadiya V Design.
Ashley of Flowerly was not only the florist, she was also the bride-to-be.
Lettering on the clear gift box was done by none other than Doris of Love Lettering.

Rick and Stephanie knew they wanted an intimate wedding with immediate family only so they chose a secluded location with a covered outdoor chapel. They chose to have a First Look, a quiet moment to see each other before the ceremony, which allowed them to have some time to themselves and to have a few photos taken.
Their ceremony was short and sweet, which allowed for ample time to have their bride + groom and family portraits taken. It's so important to talk to your photographer before the schedule is set in order to make sure you've set aside enough time take your creative photos, especially if you have a wedding party, because they often require time to gather everyone and to craft the shot.
Rick and Stephanie, thank you for trusting me to capture your special wedding ceremony. Your easygoing nature was a dream to work with and I'm so grateful. Congratulations :)
The First Look
I love this moment so much.
Creating albums is an enjoyable part of the documentation process for me. From choosing the images to laying them out and selecting the colours and stamp. I appreciate that the printed photographs require less in quantity to bring out more in the quality of emotions.
Kit and Joanna were brought together by their love for music festivals, specifically the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival. It was something everyone remembered about the start of their relationship.
They celebrated their mid-summer wedding on the beautiful gardens of Graydon Manor Hall. Their reception was held on the canopy-covered terrace where they enjoyed good food and the company of their family and friends.
Congratulations, Kit and Joanna. Wishing you more love, happiness and music festivals together.
