Food Photography: Rosé Granita

Easy granita recipe:

  1. Pour a thin layer of liquid, juice or wine (1 cm or so), into a wide flat freezer-ready container and freeze for 3-4 hours in total.

  2. Every 45 min to an hour, scrape it with a fork so it looks like big grains of ice (or maybe more like small hail?).

  3. Once it's all frozen, scoop into a glass to serve.
